Privacy
Inat Theory is an independent game studio founded in 2024. This page says what happens to your data when you visit this site or join the newsletter.
What the site collects
Nothing, except what the newsletter form sends. The site runs no analytics and sets no cookies of its own.
The newsletter
If you sign up, the form sends your email address straight to Buttondown, the service we use to send the newsletter. The email address is the only thing we ask for.
Signing up is double opt-in: Buttondown sends you a confirmation email, and you are only subscribed once you confirm. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link. We have turned off open and click tracking, so we do not see who opened or clicked what.
To have your address deleted, write to hello@inattheory.com.
Fonts
The fonts are stored on this site. Your browser does not contact any font service.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes requests to serve the pages to you.
